For the eighth consecutive year, Consulting Magazine, the leading magazine for consulting professionals, named North Highland as a best company to work for worldwide. Ranked fifth on the "2014 Best Firms to Work For" list, North Highland has placed in the top five every year since 2007. The rankings are based on Consulting Magazine's annual survey completed by more than 10,000 consulting professionals representing approximately 350 firms.
"We're proud to be on the 'Best Firms to Work For' list for eight consecutive years. Our people are central to our success, and we continue to invest in our expertise and in resources that will allow us to attract, retain and reward such a talented group of professionals," said Dan Reardon, North Highland CEO. "We are carving our own path in the consulting industry, separate from our competitors, and we encourage our employees-owners to do the same. Our goal is to change the way the world thinks about consulting."
Employees continue to note North Highland’s commitment to work-life balance and quality of client engagements as key reasons the firm is a great place to work. North Highland is committed to enhancing core capabilities to partner with its clients, providing compelling opportunities for its employees. For example, North Highland has invested in data and analytics and digital strategy over the past year with the launch of its Social Insights Lab to ensure a cutting-edge suite of service offerings. The firm is also expanding global strategy and advisory services to deliver meaningful value to its C-Suite clients.
Beyond its overall ranking as No. 5 on the "Best Places to Work" list, North Highland employees recognized being employee-owned, low travel, integrity, transparency and collaboration as reasons the firm has received consistent top scores.
The complete ranking and survey findings are published in the September 2014 issue of Consulting Magazine and at www.consultingmag.com.
