January 18, 2018
January 18, 2018 (ATLANTA) – North Highland is pleased to announce that Bill Lawrence has joined as vice president and will serve as the global lead of the marketing and design practice and experience design agency Sparks Grove. Lawrence will report to North Highland President Jim Arnold.
“We are excited to welcome Bill to North Highland and Sparks Grove as we work to further bring together creative execution and business strategy to solve the challenges our clients are facing,” said Arnold. “Bill has a great deal of experience delivering business results through customer insights and applied technologies, and we look forward to what this expertise will bring to the agency.”
Lawrence has spent more than 15 years building digital marketing and customer experience businesses by delivering impactful solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. Previously, he ran the Atlanta office of Nurun USA (now Razorfish) for seven years. There, he served a team that evolved its offering from 360 digital solutions to full-scale product and service design and delivery. He’s passionate about providing consistent customer advocacy and executive counsel across fully-accountable digital, brand, experience and internet of things strategies.
“Our fully-connected world offers a sea of change for all businesses – small and large, traditional and startup – if they focus on the human connections that matter most,” said Lawrence. “North Highland and Sparks Grove have the unique ability to marry sound business strategy, creative design and emerging technologies to satisfy the next generation of customer expectations.”
Lawrence is a graduate of Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering and lives in Atlanta with his wife and three teenage daughters.
Elizabeth Searcy, Sparks Grove incumbent leader, will continue to serve as vice president and take on broader client responsibility within North Highland. In this role, Searcy will have a greater focus on driving new business, positioning North Highland among current clients and broadening the firm’s client base.
