Kelly Slothower Will Serve as Associate Vice President for the Firm
Nov. 1, 2018 (ATLANTA) – Management consulting firmis pleased to announce that Kelly Slothower has joined the firm as an associate vice president to help grow the firm’s customer experience (CX) practice. In her role, Slothower will focus on helping clients achieve customer-centered growth objectives and build CX-optimized organizations.

Slothower has over 15 years of experience leading transformation in demanding cultures and matrix environments. Prior to North Highland, she served as senior director, customer experience at ADP, where she drove the vision for omni-channel journeys, developed roadmaps, crafted business cases for investment and gained executive buy-in. Additionally, Slothower held strategic and customer experience positions with agency, corporate and consultancy firms including Oracle, Digitas LBI, Arnold Worldwide and Leo Burnett.
Slothower graduated cum laude from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
