North Highland Appoints Julie Rey as Seattle Market Lead

October 6, 2016 (Seattle, Wash.) – Management consulting firm North Highland announces that Julie Rey has been hired as vice president and will serve as the firm’s Seattle market lead. In this role, Rey will be responsible for leading the growth and development of client relationships across the Puget Sound region, while strengthening and building the local expertise of North Highland consultants.

Rey’s experience spans diverse industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, high tech, distribution, manufacturing and mining. Much of her work has focused on designing and streamlining processes, significantly improving profitability, performance, customer experience, sales and growth.

Throughout her career, Rey has held senior-level leadership roles in consulting and industry. Most recently, she was managing director of practice development at a Seattle-based management consulting firm where she built deep and lasting relationships with a large number of Fortune 500 enterprises as well as several smaller local companies and startups. She holds bachelor’s degrees in rhetoric and Italian from the University of California at Davis, and a master’s degree in organizational communication from the University of Washington.
