North Highland’s newest solution includes a social media intelligence center located in its Atlanta headquarters, and combines the expertise of North Highland’s management consultants, customer experience experts and data scientists. The Social Insights Lab provides relevant and immediate social media intelligence that can be layered into other forms for existing data to help develop a 360 degree view of customer and consumer segments. By employing a strategy of listening, analyzing, interacting and measuring social media data, this lab provides insights that can address business challenges for companies.
