North Highland Launches The Customer Experience Show

North Highland, a global management consulting firm, is pleased to announce the launch of The Customer Experience Show, a new national radio program, in partnership with The CEO Show, a renowned and nationally syndicated radio show. The Customer Experience Show is hosted by Albert Rees, President of the North & UK Region for North Highland, and Robert Reiss, host and founder of The CEO Show. From great service to predictive analytics, the program will highlight those organizations that have reinvented the fabric of customer experience.
“The proliferation of emerging touch points and increase of consumer interaction has made the overall customer experience even more critical to success. At North Highland, we wanted to explore how companies are addressing this challenge and showcase those that are doing it well so that we can all learn something new,” said Albert Rees.
The first episode of The Customer Experience Show will air on Sunday, Jan. 25 featuring Sharon Price John, CEO of Build-A-Bear as the inaugural guest. After the initial airing on 46 radio stations around the country, the commercial-free audio of the interview will be available on customerexperieceshow.com.
