Global consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce that two of its senior level marketing strategy and multi-channel engagement life sciences experts will be speaking at the 12th annual eyeforpharma Philadelphia summit being held on April 15 and April 16. eyeforpharma brings together the life sciences and health care professionals to learn, share and advance the industry.
Elizabeth Searcy, Vice President of Sparks Grove, a division of North Highland, and Peter Lammers, North Highland Life Sciences consultant and multi-channel expert, will co-present a session on accelerating multi-channel maturity within the industry as well as actionable insights to leverage and optimize various multichannel programs. As part of the discussion titled “What’s Banking Got to do With Pharma,” Searcy and Lammers will utilize North Highland’s unique vantage point as a strategic convener between industries to share lessons learned from the changing financial services industry to help pharma leaders produce high performing, customer-centric multichannel strategies.
“The Financial Services industry has experienced transformation in recent years; as a result of these changes, customer engagement strategies shifted from traditional one-way marketing models to a two-way transaction. Customers can click on a website or touch a mobile device to learn more, run simulations, complete a transaction or get advice,” said Searcy. “As the life sciences industry continues to experience its own evolution, parallels can be made to help companies aptly tell their great stories of how they are engaging with those whose lives can be helped by the work pharma companies are doing.”
Times have changed, and customers no longer follow singular paths. The multi-channel journey has evolved, and multiple paths are now being used instead. Standards for a consistent experience have never been higher, and the need to invest in this experience is vital for companies to survive.
