Fletcher Lance assumes new leadership role in Nashville health care community
Global management consulting firm North Highland, is pleased to announce that Fletcher Lance, vice president and national health care leader, has been selected to the Nashville Health Care Council’s board of directors. The Nashville Health Care Council is an association of health care industry leaders that work together to establish Nashville’s position as a leader in national health care.
“Fletcher will be an integral member of this board,” said Dan Reardon, North Highland CEO. “He brings valuable expertise and insights from his hands-on experience with some of the largest health care organizations in the nation.”
Supported by Nashville-based and national health care companies, the board of directors is made up of many widely recognized world-class executives in the health care management field.

I look forward to working with Nashville’s health care leaders as we identify opportunities that position this city as a hub of health care.”
Lance has more than 18 years of experience working in every segment of the industry including payer, provider, life sciences and government. He specializes in health care management consulting and works with some of the largest health care clients in the country.
Deeply committed to the Nashville community, Lance serves on the Health and Human Service Board for the State of Tennessee appointed by Governor Bill Haslam. Last year, Lance was selected as a member of the inaugural Nashville Health Care Council Fellows class. The 33-person class was selected by members of the Council Fellows Advisory Committee, which is led by former U.S. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, M.D.
