Roberts to Drive Growth for Key Strategic Services

February 1, 2018 (SAN FRANCISCO) – Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce that Sara Roberts has joined the firm as Managing Director and Service Line Leader. In this role, Roberts will be responsible for driving the growth of the firm’s four service lines, Customer Experience, Performance Improvement, Technology and Digital, and Transformation, and will be based in the San Francisco office.

Her focus areas include actively leveraging culture and purpose to build organizational agility, customer connection, employee engagement, and a capacity for innovation and growth critical for success in a volatile and rapidly changing world.

She is also the coauthor of the best seller Light Their Fire: Using Internal Marketing to Ignite Employee Performance and Wow Your Customers. Sara is a frequent keynote speaker and workshop presenter at top events, including those hosted by Gartner, The Conference Board, and the Association for Corporate Growth, and has been quoted and featured in numerous publications, including Businessweek, Fast Company, and Forbes.
