Susan Edwards Joins North Highland as People & Change Leader

June 3, 2019 (ATLANTA) – Management consulting firm North Highland is excited to announce that Susan Edwards has joined the firm as an associate vice president to help lead the firm’s People & Change practice. In her role, Edwards will develop and drive strategies to help clients thrive in the face of constant change and competition.
“Susan is an accomplished talent management professional with a strong track record in helping leaders align strategy, culture and systems to achieve results,” said Mindy Bostick, Global People & Change Lead at North Highland. “She is a collaborative and engaging leader who will deliver innovative client solutions and play an important role in the firm’s growth.”
Edwards has over 20 years of experience in talent management and consulting, most recently serving as a practice area lead at Slalom Consulting. Previously, she was a vice president of talent engagement and development at Coviti where she led learning and talent development. Edwards also served as a principal at Canyon Trail Consulting and held senior director roles in training and talent development at Verint and Cox Media Group.
Edwards holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from the University of Southern California and earned a master’s in Education from the University of California Los Angeles.
