Beth Schiavo

Rear Admiral Marsha J. Evans

Board of Directors
Marty was elected as non-Executive Chairman of the Board at the start of 2015. She has been a board member since 2008, serving as Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Marty also distinguished herself as one of only a handful of women to reach the rank of rear admiral during her 30 year career in the Navy.

Bill Douglas

Board of Directors
William (Bill) W. Douglas, III is a 30-year veteran of the Coca-Cola system. He joined Coca-Cola in 2004, serving as the Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2013. Bill oversaw the 2010 transformation of CCE into a European operating company, with returns of nearly $7 billion to shareowners in the following years. Starting in 2013, he served as head of CCE’s Supply Chain team, before retiring in 2015, and he is now Vice Chairman of the UGA Foundation.

Robert L. Guido

Bob served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Ernst & Young's Assurance and Advisory Practice. In these positions, he was responsible for overall business strategy and had significant dealings with both the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on behalf of the firm.

Keith Wetmore

Board of Directors
Keith currently serves as Managing Director for Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world’s largest legal search firm. He retired from his former role as Chair Emeritus of the law firm Morrison & Foerster, LLP at the close of 2017. Previously, while at Morrison & Foerster, Keith served as Chair of the Firm and Chief Executive Partner from 2000 to 2012. Elected to four successive terms as CEO of the global firm, Keith is credited with doubling the revenue of the firm and tripling profitability within his 12-year tenure as CEO.
