Daniel Reardon

Dan is Chief Executive Officer of North Highland. Prior to being named CEO, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and as a Vice President heading the company's Process, Strategy, and Enterprise Customer Relationship Management service areas. Dan has more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, merger integration, organizational change, and operations management. He joined North Highland when there were only 25 employees and has been highly instrumental in the growth of the company.

Dan is also the founder and board member of Highland Worldwide, a uniquely agile global management consulting partnership whose Member Firms help enterprise and government clients all over the world achieve remarkable, sustainable results.

Under Dan’s leadership, North Highland now includes three divisions; Sparks Grove, specializing in Marketing Strategy and implementation around the customer experience for Fortune 100 companies; Data and Analytics, specializing in business intelligence and analytics solutions to assist our clients with identifying areas of new revenue and performance improvement; and, Managed Services delivering expertise services to clients with a best in class service.

Prior to joining North Highland in 1997, Dan was Director of the Southeast Organizational Change Practice for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Atlanta. He also spent two years in London helping Andersen start its consulting practice there. During a leave of absence from Andersen, Dan was Operations Manager for a printing company in Northern Ireland.

Dan is also a member of the Governing Board of the Woodruff Arts Center, the former Chair and current Board Member of the Alliance Theatre; an Advisory Board Member of Scheller College of Management, Georgia Institute of Technology; a Board Member of the Atlanta International School, and a Member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta.

He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology
