Jim has over 20 years of retail industry and management consulting experience. He has advised Fortune 100 companies in strategic planning, process improvement, merchandising and assortment planning, budgeting and forecasting, store operations, and product development.
Alex is the President of Sparks Grove and leads North Highland’s Customer Experience Service Line as well as its Strategy and Data & Analytics teams. He brings 20 years of strategy, marketing, digital and CX experience to North Highland and Sparks Grove, including more than with the past 10 years focusing on interactive and integrated marketing. A long-time agency executive, Alex has experience in media planning, advertising, promotion, and direct marketing. Prior to joining Sparks Grove, Alex was the Chief Digital Officer of Havas Worldwide New York and President of Havas Worldwide Digital, North America.
Donna serves as the global head of the Professional Staffing capability at North Highland and leads the firm’s Business Development and Talent Solutions functions. She is one of the leading strategic thinkers and innovators in the professional staffing industry today. Donna has deep industry and professional services experience in leading high performing sales and recruiting organizations.
Anne has over 25 years of consulting experience serving manufacturing, consumer products, and retail clients. Her focus areas include process improvement, supply chain, cost reduction, change management and software selections.
Ben is a Managing Director of North Highland and is our Global Head of CIO Services. He has spent over 15 years working with Technology Leaders of FTSE 100 companies. Ben has extensive experience in delivering infrastructure and application architecture strategies and solutions, as well as outsourcing, insourcing and organizational restructure.

Bob has over 23 years of experience across both industry and consulting. He has extensive experience in the media and entertainment, financial services, and hospitality industries, with expertise in the areas of business strategy.

Fletcher is a Managing Director and Global Healthcare Lead at North Highland. He has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare management and information technology consulting. He specializes in IT implementations, process improvement, clinical management, patient management and IT evaluation and selection.
Managing Director and Charlotte Market Lead
Jeff is a Managing Director and Market Lead with North Highland and leads several of North Highland’s largest accounts. He has an extensive background in business and information technology consulting in the financial services and telecommunications industries.

Albert Rees is President of Northeast and UK Region for North Highland. Albert began North Highland’s Human Capital International Network which serves all of North Highland’s global offices by providing HR and workforce solutions.

Dan is Chief Executive Officer of North Highland. Prior to being named CEO, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and as a Vice President heading the company’s process, strategy, and enterprise customer relationship management service areas.

Matt has 15 years of marketing and consulting experience developing global brand strategies and value propositions that resonate with clients and drive sustainable growth. Matt is responsible for Marketing, Communications, Sales Enablement, and Knowledge Management at North Highland.
Chief Financial Officer
Beth brings more than 23 years of audit and business advisory experience with extensive cross-industry expertise across large multinational organizations and multidimensional insight in business strategy and process. Previously, Schiavo served as an assurance partner at Ernst & Young, serving both domestic and global public and privately-held clients headquartered in the Southeast.
Rear Admiral Marsha J. Evans
Marty was elected as non-Executive Chairman of the Board at the start of 2015. She has been a board member since 2008, serving as Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Marty also distinguished herself as one of only a handful of women to reach the rank of rear admiral during her 30 year career in the Navy.
Robert L. Guido
Bob served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Ernst & Young's Assurance and Advisory Practice. In these positions, he was responsible for overall business strategy and had significant dealings with both the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on behalf of the firm.

Currently Muller serves as senior advisor to a Houston multibillionaire with oil and gas assets as well as stem cell investments worldwide. Frank is a Chairman of the Board of Topaz Technologies, Inc. Frank was Senior Vice President
Loretta is the founder and President of PECC, LLC, an executive coaching and consulting company. Penn works with senior executives, business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals to create greater alignment between business goals, vision and profitability.
Dave is one of North Highland's founders and its former CEO. As CEO for the first 13 years, he led North Highland during a period of rapid growth of services and US office expansion. Dave has nearly 40 years of business experience primarily in supply chain strategy and operations.
Dan is Chief Executive Officer of North Highland. Prior to being named CEO, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer and as a Vice President heading the company's Process, Strategy, and Enterprise Customer Relationship Management service areas.
Nick is an international executive with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in both line management and management consulting. As CEO of Nick Shreiber & Associates, LLC, he advises business leaders on issues of strategy, organization, and operations.
Keith is currently Chair Emeritus of the law firm Morrison & Foerster, LLP, where he served as Chair of the Firm and Chief Executive Partner from 2000 to 2012. Elected to four successive terms as CEO of the global firm, Keith is credited with doubling the revenue of the firm and tripling profitability within his 12-year tenure as CEO.
