The US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) agency had embarked on an enterprise-wide initiative to move from a decentralized, paper-based business to a more consolidated electronic environment. And they called on North Highland to help them drive the change across the organization. The North Highland team responded with a four-stage change roadmap, as well as a comprehensive matrix of plans and protocols for engagement. As a direct result, USCIS was able to rapidly execute the initiative to enable greater efficiency for thousands of USCIS employees and contractors – as well as current and would-be citizens across the country.
