A global Fortune 100 beverage company saw social media conversations about their brand taking place nearly every second of every day. And like many companies, North Highland’s client operates primarily at a local level – including social media execution. However, since digital trends are not constrained by geopolitical boundaries, a conversation that originates in Australia, for example, can easily become a hot topic in the United Kingdom or Mexico. The challenge was tracking these conversations, sharing information across borders, and responding in one brand voice. Rather than diversifying across separate systems for multiple business units, a single investment to network teams around the globe would be more effective and cost efficient solution.
