A large, well-known UK media company was in the process of a major information technology (IT) transformation: Working to simplify infrastructure, consolidate systems, provide enhanced capability, and reduce operating costs across its workforce of more than 6,500. But each project was being handled individually, without cross-project resource coordination. Five projects were in danger of failure. Progress was slow, confusion was widespread and everyone was frustrated.
North Highland’s collaborative approach enabled the transformation process to be completed ahead of schedule, ensuring swift adoption and replacing frustration with efficiency and confidence.
