An elite international law firm provided core business functions – including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Business Services, Business Development and Library services – to its more than 30 locations worldwide. Its leaders sought to reduce costs and improve efficiency through a centralized shared services center. But they could not risk the costs of an ineffective or inefficient implementation.
North Highland helped the firm design an effective, efficient structure for the new Center, which is on track to deliver £51M in cost savings within its first 10 years. The Center also has been shortlisted for a Management Consultancies Association Performance Improvement award.
