He and his teams are now focused on broadening and enhancing the services we provide to better meet the evolving needs of our clients and to respond to the rapidly changing business environment. He has a background in starting and building businesses both as a consultant and as a founder CEO and Charles’ previous experience includes stints at Deloitte and as the co-founder of a tech start up. He is passionate about service and product delivery excellence, innovation, performance measurement and building and leading high performing teams.. He also likes a good adventure having swum the Channel and completed a 6 day foot race across the Sahara Desert and is currently planning a trek to the North Pole.
