North Highland Denver
Our Denver office opened in 2000 with the acquisition of a consulting firm with an established presence. North Highland built on existing relationships, enabling us to quickly build a name and presence for ourselves in the market. Our Denver office has since flourished and grown steadily with increasing revenue, staff, and strong relationships.
Denver Office Leadership
I love that we solve problems and that we have real impact. The people I work alongside are highly motivated, people of integrity that have the same objectives as me. We all want to do right by each other and our clients. I can honestly say, having had a number of other roles in my life, this is the first one where I feel like I can help make a difference with my clients and the outcomes they are seeking.

In the Community
We want to create sustainable, long-term economic empowerment in the communities in which we work and live. To do that, we support projects and organizations that tackle financial stability, family sustaining employment and housing holistically, because our research shows these core areas can have a bigger and longer term impact. Our annual Day of Giving Back has been another way we have invested in local communities, doing everything from preparing meals, teaching professional workshops, painting playgrounds and more.Learn More
