North Highland opened its first office, in Atlanta, in 1992. While our company has grown dramatically and has expanded into many other cities, Atlanta is proud to be the headquarters, the largest office, and the "pilot" office for new ideas in our company. Through continuous relationship-building and a dedication to stellar work, our presence has grown to over 170 employees and a client base that includes some of the most recognized public and private companies, a large number of state and federal agencies, and well-known non-profit entities..

- Mike Morris

- Vice President and Local Office Leader

Mike's career has spanned business and technology management. He has depth in CIO services, including program management, complex project management, IT strategy, application integration, custom software development, and strategic vendor management. His process experience includes Six Sigma process management, business process improvement, and dashboard development. He has managed large-scale interactive marketing projects, including global implementations and re-launching the online presence for global consumer packaged goods companies. Mike's IT and process experience come together with software methodology offerings, best practices in requirements management, and software quality management. He has over 14 years of management consulting experience, having worked for Andersen Consulting and CMSI / Computer Associates.
- Kyle Anderson

Kyle has 16 years of consulting experience in addition to 5 years of senior level management experience in industry. His consulting background is primarily in the telecommunications and financial services industries. His focus has been in the areas of marketing, cost management, process effectiveness, and complex project management. Kyle is the International Network Chair for North Highland’s Communications service area. Prior to his 10 years with North Highland, he was the Director of Alliances for a software company and spent 6 years with the consulting division of Ernst & Young.

Matt has 19 years of experience in financial services, sales, telecommunications, hospitality, healthcare, and retail. Specific areas of expertise include enterprise systems integration, data warehousing and business intelligence, Master Data Management including project management, data management, database design, analysis, application development and system testing. Matt is also the International Network Chair for our Information Management – Business Intelligence service area. Prior to joining North Highland, he was the technical director for another consulting firm where he built a data services practice.

Scott has over 18 years of consulting experience across many industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products and Hospitality. Scott is a leader in North Highland’s Marketing services division with a focus on Digital Strategy and Customer Experience Strategy and Design. Prior to joining North Highland in 1999, Scott was a manager at Accenture.

Steve has over 25 years of experience in various management and technology consulting positions. As a Vice President with North Highland, his responsibilities have included: oversight of North Highland’s international growth and international partners, new office development (US and global), and Account Executive. Steve’s area of expertise lies in the delivery of IT/Supply Chain/ERP/CRM and e-commerce business solutions. Prior to joining North Highland, Steve was a Vice President for a leading e-business consulting and systems integrator, where he was responsible for systems implementations in the northeastern United States; Vice President of a consulting company specializing in the delivery of Purchasing and Materials Management solutions; and Director and Manager for two major ERP software development companies.

Carey has over 20 years of experience in consulting and industry – both private and public sector. She has directed the execution of high-profile consulting engagements for Fortune 100 clients, and has held senior-level management positions in industry, focusing on initiation and enforcement of strict budget controls, addressing company need and promotion of growth. Specific areas of expertise include CIO services, account management, business process improvement, software and services contract negotiation and management, and working collaboratively at the executive level to align strategic technology initiatives with business priorities. Prior to joining North Highland, Carey spent most of her career with Accenture, Oracle Consulting Services, and Texas Utilities.

Chad is a leader of North Highland’s Information Technology service offerings. His experience includes IT Strategy, Interactive Retailing, Information Systems Management, and Program Management Office (PMO) in the retail industry. During his 20-year career in the Information Systems arena, he has worked with a broad spectrum of retail, wholesale, and service based companies across many industry sectors, including apparel, healthcare, energy, insurance, and hospitality. Prior to his consulting career at North Highland, Chad held senior management positions in which he owned and managed all facets of information systems operations.

Dan has experience with producing profitable and sustainable top-line growth and driving operational efficiencies for North Highland's clients and within the consulting industry. For over 20 years he has worked with companies across a broad set of industries, developing business strategies and supporting the organizational changes needed for strategy implementation. He spent most of his career prior to North Highland at a major global airline.

Her focus areas include process improvement, supply chain, software selections, cost reduction, and change management. Prior to joining The North Highland Company, Anne was a partner with Deloitte Consulting and was the Practice Leader for Deloitte's Southeast middle market consulting practice for several years.

Colin serves as Chair for the Customer Interactions Network. As an executive with the Cross Market Services group, he also provides subject matter expertise on sales and marketing strategy, sales effectiveness, CRM, and contact center effectiveness to a variety of clients across industries and non-profits. Prior to joining North Highland, Colin served in leadership roles with a sales process company and a CRM software company. In addition, he served as a manager with Accenture for eight years, where he was deployed to the Financial Services and Healthcare practices.

Dani has more than 20 years of experience in both consulting and corporate management. She specializes in leading businesses through the development and execution of corporate, operational and customer strategies. She has guided many leaders through transformational efforts that often resulted in successfully realigning organizations and enhancing business processes. She began her career at General Electric and has served as a consultant at both Ernst & Young and IBM. Dani currently serves on the board of Imagine it! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta.

Prior to joining North Highland in 1998, he worked at Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting organization.

Andy has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience specializing in the area of business performance improvement. His expertise includes business process management, redesign, and improvement, Six Sigma process management, performance measurements system development, balanced scorecard development, business integration, and cost management. Andy has served as the director of worldwide customer support for a Baldrige Award-winning healthcare company and as the senior vice president and chief quality officer for two leading satellite communications companies, supporting their Six Sigma and business integration initiatives.

She has helped companies build and align their strategies, execute key technical, process and organizational change programs, and roll-out new digital products and websites. Prior to joining North Highland, Andrea was part of the Financial Services Strategy practice at Accenture.

Michael serves as an account executive to one of North Highland’s largest national accounts in the telecommunications industry and as a member of the Atlanta office leadership team. Additionally, he supports the Atlanta CFO Services and Process Management Service Area teams. Prior to joining North Highland in 2002, Michael served leadership roles with Northern Trust Retirement Consulting, a major retirement plan outsourcer; worked within the gas and electric utilities industry, for Scott, Madden and Associates consulting; and worked for Wachovia.
