Our Dallas / Fort Worth office opened in 2000 with two employees and has grown substantially ever since. Texas Monthly's recent acknowledgement of North Highland as the third best company to work for in Texas in our size category is a good indication of the positive impact we're making in the area. In addition to working for one of the largest banks and one of the largest utilities in the country, our office has clients across the spectrum of the business community.

Our team's industry experience is as diverse as the Dallas / Fort Worth economic landscape itself, with work in retail, financial, transportation, energy/utilities, telecom, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, publishing/media, and non-profit.

Leadership

Scott Williams

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Scott has over 20 years of experience in professional services and IT leadership. He has architected and led business units to achieve significant top-line growth while driving sustainable improvement in profitability. He has advised Fortune 500 companies in merger/ acquisition strategy, IT and business process transformation, and has served as the program lead on many other strategic initiatives. Scott’s expertise includes deep experience in IT strategy, business transformation, outsourcing, and business process improvement. Prior to joining North Highland, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer in a large, multi-national communications company. He has also been a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting/ BearingPoint, and began his career by serving clients across many industries and engagements for 10 years with Accenture.

Jim Schwalbe

Vice President

Jim has 20 years of experience in strategy, business process design, and system implementation consulting across a number of industries, mostly for Fortune 500 companies. Jim's leadership and project experience include the creation of value through finance transformation, information technology strategy, data governance, system (ERP and CRM) selections and implementations, business case development, Sarbanes-Oxley full lifecycle management, and integrated performance management. Jim's prior experience includes long-term senior management positions with Deloitte Consulting and leadership positions with Andersen Consulting/Accenture.

Tara Whitehead-Stotland

Vice President

Tara has over 20 years of experience in Customer experience strategy, business process design, and business transformation consulting across the Communications industry. She sits on the board of Women in Cable Telecommunications of Greater Texas Professional Association; is founder of the “Blue and Gold Make Green” Alumni Network for Sustainability at Emory University; and serves as President of Mozambique Development in Motion, a NGO working to rebuild the Inhambane region of Mozambique, Africa. Prior to joining North Highland, she served in consulting leadership roles at consulting firms including Amdocs Consulting and IBM Global Services.
