Our Denver office opened in 2000 with the acquisition of Renaissance Partners, a consulting firm with an established presence in Denver. North Highland built on existing relationships, enabling us to quickly build a name and presence for ourselves in the market. Our Denver office has since flourished and grown steadily with increasing revenue, staff, and strong relationships.

We serve clients in several industries and in the public sector. Employee ownership and collaboration are core characteristics in our office and are vital to extending our presence in the local market. Bruce has extensive strategic, management, and technology consulting experience. His 20+ years of professional experience have been focused on managing major strategy engagements including operational strategy implementation, market opportunity, and cross channel and e-business initiatives. He has a proven record of success in leading organizations in growth and innovation, both nationally and internationally. Specific areas of expertise include strategy, operations, technology, and human capital consulting, client management, and program management. Bruce has consulted to senior client executives on Strategy issues ranging from business strategy, operational strategy, market opportunity, channel distribution, and product evolution. He has overseen the creation of strategies, functional architectures, and cross channel strategies for Fortune 500 companies.

Greg has 15 years of experience in operational strategy, with a focus on process reengineering for Fortune 500 companies. He has helped clients with strategy and implementation, merger & acquisition integration, operations strategy development and implementation, definition of performance management systems, and enterprise technology architecture. Prior to joining North Highland, Greg was with Accenture, The Hackett Group, and KPMG/BearingPoint, where he was instrumental in the development of BearingPoint's CFO Solutions practice and its Web Services offering. He also founded two companies that provided operations strategy, process improvement and corporate performance management services to corporate clients.

Julie Williamson, PhD
Julie Williamson
Vice President

Julie has more than 20 years of experience in combining strategy, process, organizational, and technology changes to improve revenue generation and operational effectiveness. She has expertise in designing organizational structures that align with corporate strategy, and in helping companies adapt to changing workforce, market, and environmental situations. Prior to joining North Highland, Julie was a Senior Principal with AMS-CGI, working with the Communication Service Provider practice area.
