Bob Lamont

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Bob has over 20 years of experience in both industry and consulting. He has extensive experience in the media and entertainment, financial services, and hospitality industries, with expertise in the areas of sales and marketing strategies, organizational change management, and customer care solutions. Prior to joining North Highland, Bob was with james martin + company and has worked for software companies in the point of sale and enterprise program management industries.

Vincent Balembois

Vice President

Vincent has over 18 years of experience in both industry and consulting. He has extensive experience in the Media and Entertainment industry across a variety of industry segments and processes ranging from development and production to distribution (digital, television, etc.) and finance. He has worked with entertainment clients in functional capacities spanning strategy, operations, and technology. Prior to joining North Highland, Vincent held positions with other global consultancies, including PwC Consulting, IBM Business Consulting, and Capgemini.

John DePalma

Vice President

John is a results-oriented leader with 20 years of experience leading organizations and projects in diverse consulting and industry environments. He is a skilled business and information technology professional with demonstrated strengths including enterprise transformation, change leadership, operational strategy and execution, enterprise performance management, and business process improvement. His consulting experience spans numerous projects including the development and implementation of market strategies as well as innovation of new business practices and technologies that drive revenue, market share, and customer share for clients. Prior to joining North Highland, John served as a partner at Slalom Consulting and held leadership positions at a start-up systems integration company and other consulting firms.
