Robert Etten

Vice President and Local Office Lead

Rob has over 22 years of experience in management consulting, with a particular focus on supporting Fortune 1000 companies, the public sector, and higher education institutions. He specializes in strategic planning, business process reengineering, organizational change management and post-merger integrations. Prior to joining North Highland, Rob founded Insight Solutions Group and performed management roles for Ernst & Young, Computer Sciences Corporation, Price Waterhouse and Andersen Consulting.

Jeff McMahon

Vice President

Jeff brings a wealth of experience in business and information technology consulting in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include enterprise applications, business process management and merger integration. Prior to joining North Highland, Jeff was a Manager in Accenture's process practice area.
