Nashville

North Highland’s Nashville office is a prime example of the company’s work/life balance philosophy in action. Founded in 1999, this office was opened by a group of former “Big 5” consultants who were looking for a way to get off the road while continuing to do the challenging consulting work that they loved. The office has since grown to employ more than 40 consultants, serving clients in the healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, entertainment, hospitality, insurance, and financial services industries. With many of the world’s healthcare companies headquartered in Nashville, North Highland’s national healthcare practice is directed from this office.

Beyond their successful work for their clients, Nashville’s consultants are also actively involved in giving back to the community, providing pro bono services to organizations such as the United Way of Williamson County and Nashville Children’s Alliance. North Highland Nashville has been continuously ranked at the top of Business Tennessee magazine’s list of “Best Employers to Work for” in Tennessee, chosen based on the company’s commitment to development, employee growth, and quality of life.

Nancy Schultz

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Nancy helped start the Nashville office in 1999 and has more than 24 years of management consulting experience. Her consulting experience includes large program and project management experience across many industries, including healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Specific program experience includes process improvement, program management office creation and execution, and vendor selection and implementation. Prior to North Highland, Nancy worked for “Big 5” consulting firms in project management, packaged systems design and implementation, and process re-engineering, including manufacturing, distribution, and financials. She serves on the boards of the Nashville Children’s Alliance and Mentor TennisSee.

Doug Condidorio

Vice President

Doug has 19 years of experience in the consulting industry and was instrumental in starting North Highland’s Nashville office. As a vice president, he specializes in business development, customer strategy, and marketing. Prior to joining North Highland in 1999, he served as national director of business development at Arthur Andersen LLP. During that time, Doug drove the development of an integrated business development model for consulting, tax, and audit services. He serves on the Junior Achievement board of directors in Nashville.

Fletcher Lance

Vice President and Health Care Lead

Fletcher joined the company in 2005 and has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare management and information technology consulting, specializing in IT implementations, process improvement, clinical management, patient management, and IT evaluation and selection. He has developed a new system, Frictionless Healthcare, which removes costs related to administration paperwork so that clients can refocus funds and efforts toward patient care. Fletcher works with healthcare providers, payers, and IT ventures. Some of the companies he has served include Healthways, Inc., Renal Advantage Inc., and HealthSpring, Inc.

Brian Simmons

Vice President

Brian serves some of the largest companies in Nashville, applying more than 20 years of transformational project delivery experience in complex organizations. His experience spans the full life cycle of organizational, business, and technology solutions across many industries, including healthcare, automotive, retail, and distribution. He has specific large-program experience across the entire customer value chain, including process improvement, strategy articulation, complex project and program management, vendor selection and implementation, and compliance/risk analysis and remediation.
