Robert Hogan

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Bob has over 23 years of management consulting experience serving clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare. His focus is providing services in the areas of financial management, finance transformation, and related technology. While he has served a number of Fortune 1000 clients, he also has extensive experience with those in the middle market. Prior to joining North Highland, Bob was a partner with Deloitte, where he held a variety of leadership positions.

Ken Nowack

Vice President

Ken has over 25 years of experience providing technology and management consulting. His focus has been on process reengineering, system implementations, and IT management. Although he has been based in New York for his entire career, Ken has significant experience helping clients manage large-scale, global transformation efforts. From an industry perspective, Ken has spent significant time working in the media and entertainment and financial services industries. Prior to joining North Highland, Ken was a consulting Partner with Ernst & Young and Vice President with Capgemini.

Doug Rossbach

Vice President

Doug has over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, financial services and consulting. Prior to joining North Highland, Doug founded his own consulting firm that provided strategic consulting services to banks, mortgage insurers, correspondent mortgage bankers, warehouse lenders, and mortgage service providers. Specific areas of Doug’s expertise include strategic planning, origination strategies, marketing, product development, organization design, acquisitions, joint ventures, and loss mitigation. Prior to founding his own consulting company, Doug held a number of strategic positions within the mortgage and banking industry.
