After having firmly established itself in Atlanta, North Highland identified real opportunity in Orlando and soon gained a major entertainment company as its first large client there. In 1997, Orlando became home to North Highland's second office. Since our office opened, we have been so successful that we have become a key support team in the launch of other North Highland offices throughout the country.
We serve clients in a range of industries including entertainment, healthcare, publishing, insurance, financial services, educational institutions, telecommunications, food service, county and local government, and the Armed Forces. We continue the spirit of ownership that is the cornerstone of North Highland's culture by engaging every office member in at least one strategic investment project focused on office improvement and growth.

Linda has over 20 years experience working with companies to improve their performance through strategic planning and execution, professional facilitation, organizational change management, performance management, project and program management, and supply chain management. Linda is an active leader in the community including the Orlando EDC, Orlando Science Center, and prior board service to the Mennello Museum of American Art, Imagine IT! The Children?s Museum of Atlanta, and the YMCA of Alpharetta. Prior to joining North Highland, Linda held management positions with Ernst & Young, Radiant Systems and The Quaker Oats Company and holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Karl has over 20 years of experience in technology management, strategic planning, negotiations, systems integration, and organizational change. He focuses on technology and process management and providing leadership in our services to healthcare clients. Prior to joining North Highland, Karl was chief information officer for a large healthcare system.

Jim has 19 years of experience assisting large and small companies with Corporate and IT Strategy, Corporate and IT Governance, Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Systems Integration, and Technical Architecture. He has provided complete life-cycle system implementations in package and custom developed applications. His industry experience includes healthcare, education, publishing, marketing, retail, hospitality, entertainment, manufacturing, and distribution. Jim's pertinent speaking engagements include "Four Key PM Processes You Can Implement Today That Will Return Immediate Benefits", and "Fundamentals of Portfolio management".
