Karl has 20 years of experience in IT and management consulting, with a focus on state government. He has provided leadership on strategic planning, design, development, and implementation projects. Prior to North Highland, he spent his career at BearingPoint.

Rob Szumowski

Vice President

Rob has 28 years of systems integration experience, including 15 years of information and organizational strategic planning, process and business case analysis, and systems integration for state and local governments. Prior to joining North Highland, Rob led the growth of government services for Bearing Point and Unisys. Rob holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems.
