Craig was instrumental in starting up North Highland's Philadelphia office. He brings hands-on experience in merger integration, performance management, process improvement and controls, business intelligence, and package implementation. Prior to joining North Highland, Craig was a senior manager in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting organization and a manager on the internal audit staff at Union Pacific Corporation.

Chip Beaverson

Vice President

Chip has 22 years of experience in providing consulting services on a global basis to life sciences, financial services, and industrial products companies. His areas of expertise include performance management/enhancement, finance transformation/operations, supply chain/procurement, and related technology application. Prior to joining North Highland, Chip was a consultant with BearingPoint, Inc. and American Management Systems, Inc.

Martin Lupinetti

Principal and Public Sector Lead
for Greater Philadelphia area

Marty has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with 15+ years consulting in the public sector at the state, local, and federal levels. Specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, process improvement, project chartering and Initiation, requirements gathering and analysis, project and program management, software engineering, development and quality assurance methodologies, and change management. Prior to North Highland, Marty worked for several large integrators and consultancies including Deloitte Consulting, PwC, and CSC. He has first-hand knowledge and expertise in implementing large scale shared service and consolidation initiatives.
