Audrey Jaffe Joins Philadelphia Office Of North Highland

Radnor, PA – March 17, 2008 – The North Highland Company, an independent management and technology consulting services provider, has announced that Audrey Jaffe has joined the Philadelphia office as Senior Management Consultant, where she specializes in process change and organizational transformation, supporting clients in planning, facilitation, analysis, design, and management.  (www.northhighland.com)

Ms. Jaffe has more than 20 years of experience leading transformation initiatives at major organizations including GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Johnson & Johnson.   She also held leadership positions with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture) and Bristol-Myers Squibb.  She holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems and Accounting from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA and was awarded certification in business analysis from the International Institute of Business Analysis in 2006.  A native of Philadelphia, Audrey currently resides in Voorhees, NJ with her husband and son, and serves on the boards of local professional and civic organizations.
