NORTH HIGHLAND CONTINUES TO GROW WITH NEW EXECUTIVE HIRE

Local office brings new talent to lead the growing healthcare practice

May 10, 2012 (ATLANTA) - Global consulting company, North Highland, is pleased to welcome Valerie Barckhoff as a vice president in Atlanta. Barckhoff brings a wealth of experience in healthcare consulting and executive management to her role and will lead North Highland's services to Atlanta healthcare clients.

Prior to joining North Highland, Barckhoff was a senior leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers and QHR Consulting where she helped clients with healthcare revenue cycles and health information technology services. With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Barckhoff also served as the director of operations at Northside Hospital Cherokee and vice president of revenue cycle at Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta.

Barckhoff earned a Bachelor of Science in health sciences from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
