<p>North Highland CEO Alex Bombeck has dedicated his career to helping enterprises transform their organizational and operational processes to support new ways of working, greater enterprise agility, and cultures rooted in collaboration and co-creation. He brings more than 25 years of experience including serving as Chief Digital Officer at Havas Worldwide, and playing pivotal roles in steering digital consulting practices at several agencies. Since joining North Highland in 2014, Bombeck has led a variety of areas, including digital and experience design, data and analytics, agile transformation, and the firm’s revenue and growth strategy. He has served on North Highland’s board since 2018, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s board of directors since 2022.</p>

<p>As Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at North Highland, Lauren oversees the financial growth and development for the firm. As a seasoned CFO, Lauren’s 20 plus years of expertise covers a breadth of corporate finance and strategic planning for high growth environments. Prior to joining North Highland, Lauren served as the CFO at BeavEx where she led the company’s accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, risk management, and strategic planning.</p>

<p>Jeni is an expert in HR transformation, modern HR, and HR technology. Over the past two decades, she has successfully led global HR organizations through significant change and transformation, using Workday and market-leading SaaS technology to enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes.</p> <p>Prior to North Highland, she served as a managing director in Accenture's Talent &amp; Organization/Human Potential practice. She also held HR and executive leadership positions with Convergys, Workday, Chiquita, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Microsoft.</p> <p>Jeni holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the same university. She's an avid community builder, serving on the board of the Junior Achievement of OKI as the Vice Chair.</p>

<p>Matt leads North Highland’s Marketing, Communications, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations functions. He is also responsible for the firm's platform for growth, serving as chief product owner of North Highland’s transformation value office. Matt brings over 25 years of experience pioneering go-to-market, voice-of-customer, customer experience, demand generation, and digital marketing programs that have resulted in sustained, top- and bottom-line growth.</p>

<p>Barbara has more than 25 years of experience leading profitable strategies for clients across industries. Her growth and leadership initiatives have been instrumental in generating greater client value and inspiring ingenuity and integrity within the firm and with clients.</p>
