ACMP 2018 Conference

This month, two of North Highland’s People & Change experts, David Fisher and Chloe McDonald, will be presenting at the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Annual Conference on March 25 – 28, 2018 in Las Vegas.  The conference will host more than 1,000 attendees from around the world, with sessions aimed to share the latest business solutions, explore innovative best practices and trends and provide networking opportunities.

On Monday, March 26, Chloe McDonald will host a workshop titled "Old Habits Die Hard – How to Stop Them Derailing Your Change Program." The workshop will focus on the importance of eliminating automated decision making in order to introduce effective and compelling change strategies. Using an institution dealing with Brexit as an example, the workshop will highlight the methods North Highland used to exploit change in the institution's behavior to overcome decades of ingrained working habits.

On Wednesday, March 28, David Fisher will host a lecture called "Agile Change Management: One Small Step for Agile Projects, One Giant Leap for Enterprise Agility." The lecture will discuss how navigate the culture-shaking change companies go through when going "Agile". The discussion will highlight successful strategies to shifting change management away from being time-boxed and decision-lagging towards being iterative, distributed and decision-enabling.
