DAN REARDON
Chief Executive Officer
Dan's 20 years of diversified experience spans strategic planning, operations management, merger integration, and organizational change. Prior to joining North Highland, he was director of the Southeast Organizational Change Practice for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
ANNE HARRIS
Vice President of Human Resources
Anne has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources consulting and management. Her experience spans all areas of human resources, including talent management, compensation, performance management, recruiting, and employment branding. Prior to joining North Highland, she was the global HR leader for Hewitt Associates' consulting division.
KIRK HANCOCK
Chief Financial Officer
Kirk has 23 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Formerly a manager with Arthur Andersen, he also spent time as a controller with Delta Technologies and as director of finance for Knology.
MICHAEL LEE
President
Michael has more than 20 years of experience in finance consulting and human resource solutions development for Fortune 500 companies. His areas of expertise include finance and HR function strategy and transformation, strategic planning, finance and HR practices development, process improvement, and enterprise resource planning systems. Prior to joining North Highland, Michael worked at Arthur Andersen and as a Managing Director with BearingPoint.

Dave has 27 years of experience providing technology and management consulting. Specifically, Dave has focused on technology and software companies, helping them plan and deliver new products to market faster, better align their organizations for more effective operations, and better utilize and retain their employees.
VIPUL KAPADIA
Vice President
Vipul has over 15 years consulting experience across the US, UK and Europe with expertise in leadership development, organizational culture, operations and technical architecture. Prior to joining The North Highland Company, he was a founding member of the UK consulting company Qedis which was acquired by North Highland in 2009.
CINDY DAVIS
Vice President
Cindy has over 25 years of comprehensive human resource experience including full cycle recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, change management, benefit administration, employment law, compliance, and immigration. Prior to joining The North Highland Company, Cindy held executive roles at CDC Software, Inc. and Geac.
LISA LOWMAN
Vice President of Marketing
Lisa has over 20 years of experience leading global marketing efforts in both industry and professional services arenas with expertise across marketing disciplines. Prior to joining North Highland, she was the marketing leader for KPMG’s Performance & Technology services and earlier served in a variety of marketing capacities across several Fortune 500 companies.
CHRISTY THOMAS, CPA
Corporate Controller
Christy has over 25 years of comprehensive financial experience including strategic planning, finance, accounting and tax compliance. Prior to joining North Highland, her work experience included Vice President of Finance at Mohawk Industries; Director of Strategic Planning at The Home Depot; and over ten years with Equifax in roles that included VP positions in Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Controller.
RICHARD DOBB
General Counsel
Richard has over 25 years of experience as an attorney supporting technology based clients on a wide variety of matters, including intellectual property development, protection and licensing; mergers and acquisitions; securities law and corporate governance. Richard is a contributor to a treatise on technology based transactions and has spoken and written extensively at both local and national conferences on technology law.
