Troy has over 18 years of consulting and industry experience, specializing in strategic planning and execution, facilitation, process improvement, business operations, and project management. He has worked across many industries with a focus on hospitality, entertainment, energy, telecommunications, and publishing. Prior to joining North Highland, Troy was with Progress Energy where he led large electrical substation and transmission line projects. Troy also has consulting experience with Perficient, Aon Hewitt, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led large scale software implementations for several Fortune 500 clients.
Andrew is the UK lead for North Highland’s Project and Programme Management capability. In this role Andrew has utilised his experience, gained through a 20-year track-record of pragmatic and successful delivery of IT & Business Change programmes, to build a vibrant internal community of project and programme managers and take this to market. In his client-facing roles, he has led large, matrix and off-shore delivery teams through the full lifecycle of multi-million pound complex programmes as well as taking on CxO advisory roles requiring a more strategic view of programme and portfolio structuring.
