Be the best of North Highland

Working at North Highland is unlike working anywhere else. Relationships matter to us. We are collaborative, highly engaged and most importantly we care. We are owners of our firm, and because of this, we're motivated to make sure we do the right things for our clients and one another. We take pride in what we own. And we have fun while we do it!

North Highland is a different kind of consulting company – we have been since day one. We believe that people are more important than revenue.  Client satisfaction and the happiness of our own people is the benchmark by which we gauge success. As an employee-owned firm, we can take the long view, forging relationships that go beyond merely transactional.
Expertise is the currency of the consultant; which is why we invest in a robust programme to build skills, share understanding and encourage professional growth. From in-house coaching to participation in industry workshops, seminars and roundtables, we offer an array of resources to help our people expand their knowledge base.
We offer a best in class benefits package in the UK with a Global Employee Share Ownership Plan (GESOP) given to all of our people. We also have an annual bonus based on our firm’s performance meaning that everyone is working collaboratively to ensure we are successful. We encourage our people to learn and experience new things outside of work by sponsoring every employee every year to enhance, educate or energise themself.
Our best problem solving occurs when everyone on the team contributes their unique perspective.  Personality allowed! When we truly embrace and value differences – including (but not limited to) gender, ethnicity, age, and lifestyle –we bring more creative solutions to our clients. Our approach to Inclusion and Diversity enables our ability to build a welcoming and engaging work environment. After all, variety is the spice of life!
