What we expect from you:
As an experienced hire at North Highland you’ll be expected to not just do client project work, but also be involved in the internal development of our business. You should exude bundles of passion and energy as an entrepreneurial firm owner, and regularly bring new ideas to the table. In addition, you will use your skills and experience to develop our more junior people. As you progress through your career, you’ll lead key industries and service areas, and are expected to develop new ones. Once you reach the Manager level, you’ll join the UK management team and have even more involvement/responsibility for steering the UK business.
