Think you have what it takes to be a North Highland Intern?

Our 12-month internship is challenging but the learning potential is off the charts. We provide the opportunity for students to participate in a paid internship as part of their degree course. We treat our Interns the same as our first year Analysts, which means you will work on real-life client projects and have access to the same coaching and career development programmes. You will shadow and provide support to managers and experienced consultants and you will be responsible for your own specific pieces of project work. Assignments vary and can range from analysis and research, supporting and running key meetings and workshops, developing reports and presentations and building effective relationships. Don’t settle for average. At North Highland we make sure your intern experience is extraordinary.

Role of an Analyst

As an analyst with North Highland, you spend most of your day at client locations working on project deliverables and building strong peer-level relationships with clients. With the small size of most project teams, our analysts play a critical role in contributing to the delivery of client engagements. You will gain exposure to different projects and industry sectors, while building your consulting skills through experience, training and self-development. Our analysts are part of what we call the Academy, which aims to make us the number one place for people to start their career in consulting through structured and tailored training, challenging roles and opportunities across different areas, and dedicated support and coaching.

North Highland is not your typical consulting firm, so it makes sense that we look for candidates who share our values.

We take time to make sure the fit is there – for you and our firm. It is a 3 step process, where you will be given plenty of feedback and opportunities to ask questions.

Our recruitment team will review your CV to assess suitability of skills and experience in light of current job openings
Intern and graduate candidates participate in an Assessment Day. Typically, these are designed to test your cultural fit with our company, as well as your technical fit for the role.
You will hear soon after your assessment, if you have been successful, and if we wish to extend an employment offer.
