Own Your Life. Own Your Career. Own Your Firm.

Working at North Highland is unlike working anywhere else. Relationships matter to us; not only with our Global Fortune 500 clients but among each other. We are collaborative, highly engaged and most importantly we care about our work. And, because we are owners of the firm, we do the right things for our clients and for one another.

“I can't say enough about the exceptional, inspiring folks I work with on a daily basis.  I learn from them and, at the same time, we share many laughs.  I consider many North Highlanders close friends and mentors.”

We change the way our clients think about consulting, and are a different type of consulting firm – and have been since day one. We believe that people are more important than revenue. Client satisfaction is the benchmark by which we gauge our success. Since we are employee-owned we have a different perspective - forging relationships that go beyond merely transactional.
We value the expertise of our employees. This is why we invest in a robust program to build skills, share understanding and encourage professional growth. From in-house coaching to participation in industry workshops, seminars and roundtables, we offer an array of resources to help our people expand their knowledge base.
We offer one of the most comprehensive benefits package available. Our Global Employee Stock Ownership Plan (GESOP) is a plan you won’t find at other firms, and our matched 401K plan comes with immediate vesting. Robust insurance plans, flexible work arrangements, and generous paid time off lets employees relax and focus on life’s priorities.
We truly value our differences – including gender, ethnicity, age, and lifestyle – we welcome a variety of perspectives not only because it’s the right thing to do., but because it leads to better relationships and more creative solutions for our clients. That recognition forms the basis for our approach to diversity and inclusion, and inspires us to continue to build an open and inclusive work environment.
"I’ve worked with and for some great companies, but so far Sparks Grove and North Highland stand out as wanting to support, encourage, and in all other ways help their associates succeed. It’s a great environment and culture to be a part of.”
