Role of an MBA/Graduate

At North Highland, you spend most of your day at client locations working on project deliverables, and building relationships with clients. Our senior consultants play a critical role in contributing to the delivery of client engagements. You will gain exposure to different projects and industry sectors, while building your consulting skills through experience, training and self-development.

MBA Recruiting Process - Strategy & Advisory

Our North Highland MBA hires are part of our national Strategy & Advisory practice. These senior consultants are given broad exposure to strategy, service line, and industry specific work that allows them to build a skills foundation across all of our specialties. Our goal for this recruiting model is to provide MBA hires with broad exposure in a rotational format. Must-have skills for our Strategy & Advisory consultants include a certain level of comfort with ambiguity and complex problems, excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong analytical/quantitative skills. Strategy & Advisory consultants are required to travel up to 100%.
