A very large and complex program was well behind schedule and significantly over budget for one client, with the client and the integrator significantly apart on many key issues. North Highland was hired to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. We jumped in and facilitated resolution of all major issues and implemented risk tracking and mitigation practices going forward. The program was brought back on track and both the integration vendor and the client credited North Highland's IV&V approach and execution with saving the program.

North Highland has helped many large organizations successfully implement changes that had significant impact on their businesses.  One project at a large telecommunications organization, entailing major changes to call center equipment and processes across a number of call centers, resulted in the smoothest implementation in our client's history, with no downtime and with immediate positive impact on service levels.  In addition to assisting with change initiatives including systems implementation, process transformation, and organization integration, we have served as the change management leads on multiple ERP implementations. These include projects for a global beverage company, a major healthcare provider, a large entertainment and hospitality organization, and a major consumer products company.
