<p>Ala has over 17 years of data and analytics experience across several industries, including hospitality, media and entertainment, transportation, public sector, information services, information technology, financial services, start-ups, and manufacturing. His expertise includes data and analytics strategies, advanced analytics, digital transformation, customer experience strategies, data governance, master data management, data visualization, and enterprise business intelligence implementations.</p>

Associate Vice President

<p>Sue is an Associate Vice President at North Highland leading the UK Transport and Infrastructure Practice. Sue advises senior leaders across industry on enterprise wide change with a focus on people and cultural change. She is recognised by her clients for her strategic insight and ability to turn that into practical outcomes. Sue has a passion for building talent across client teams and within North Highland and is the executive lead for consultants in their early careers</p>

Matthew Thalakottur
Principal

<p>Matthew is a business transformation and digital innovation solutions leader at North Highland with over 18 years of professional experience in and outside of management consulting. He has worked across industry sectors including telecommunications, technology, energy, financial services, and the public sector. Matthew has held a wide range of roles, from large-scale, global enterprise transformation programmes to digital innovation solution commercialisation.</p>

Adam Wilinski
Associate Vice President

<p>Adam Wilinski is an Associate Vice President at North Highland. Adam brings over 15 years of experience enabling commercial and public sector clients to transform their operations, workforce, and customer experience by optimizing the use of technology and data. Adam specializes in transportation where he has fostered relationships with leaders at the country’s largest transit, DOT, tolling and airport providers. Adam identifies the unique needs of his clients and connects them to the people and capabilities within North Highland to meet those needs. Adam began his career as a consultant with Capgemini serving in such roles as Customer Experience Senior Strategist and Business Process Re-engineering Lead before transitioning into the Business Development. Adam has worked for North Highland since 2016 where he leads our Business Development efforts within transportation.</p>

Michael Pedrotti
Director

<p>Michael Pedrotti is Director of Business Development with North Highland. He leads the firm’s Automotive and Industrial Goods business development team helping clients solve their most complex strategy, transformation, workforce and change management related initiatives. He is also actively involved with operationalizing market initiatives for the Supply Chain practice and contributes to many of the firm’s key initiatives including mergers and acquisitions. <br />
Prior to North Highland, Michael led Ernst & Young’s International Tax and Transaction Services business development team. He has held roles with Gartner, IDC, and Xerox, and has extensive experience leading business development strategy initiatives aligned to corporate development, M&A, strategic alliances, and new product innovation.<br />
Michael holds an MBA from University of California, Irvine, and Bachelor of Science Business Administration from University of Southern California.</p>
