<p style="margin-bottom:11px">The current Chief Equity Officer of Dentsu International and former Head of Talent Development and Inclusion at Lloyd’s of London, Pauline Miller is revered as a change agent in the insurance sector. With over twenty years of experience in human resources (HR), Pauline has led the way for diversification in corporate environments. Joining Lloyd’s of London in 2015, Pauline was equipped with over a decade of experience to transform the company’s HR department. Responsible for planning and implementing learning development programs, Pauline leads the global talent and inclusion team to achieve inclusivity for the insurance giant. Within her role, Pauline has executed Lloyd’s Cultural program and ensured employees from minority groups are able to succeed at all levels in the business.</p>
Peter Gibbons
3MGroup President
<p style="margin-bottom:15px">Peter Gibbons joined 3M in November 2021 as group president of Enterprise Operations, which brings together manufacturing, supply chain and customer operations. Prior to 3M, Peter served as chief executive officer of TireHub, a joint venture last mile distributor between Bridgestone and Goodyear. Possessing a wealth of experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations, Peter previously held senior-level executive positions at Mattel, Starbucks and ICI Paints North America. His growth mindset, inclusive leadership, and orientation toward developing talent and culture has helped him lead highly successful complex changes and significant transformation. Outside of work, Peter enjoys hiking, reading, and supporting the Glasgow Celtic soccer club and serves on the boards of CP Kelco and the Jesuit School of Theology of Santa Clara University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from University of Edinburgh and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Scotland.</p>
Chris Gilchrist

<p style="margin-bottom:11px">Christopher is a principal analyst within Forrester’s CIO research group covering the intersection of technology progress and the evolution of value. His research supports audiences pursuing a deeper understanding of how technology advancement evolves business models, strategy, and corporate governance. He also provides guidance to Forrester clients on generating greater organizational alignment, proficiency, and competency with technology adoption. Christopher has held global roles focused on innovating at scale while maintaining sound management practices. He has led solutions across a wide array of strategic issues with corporate governance performance, global economic risk and regulatory strategy, organizational change management, and enterprise knowledge management.</p>
<p>Aside from these professional endeavors, Christopher continues to support research on the future of work and its subsequent effect on labor economics at his alma mater, Columbia University.</p>
Alex Bombeck
Chief Executive Officer
<p>North Highland CEO Alex Bombeck has dedicated his career to helping enterprises transform their organizational and operational processes to support new ways of working, greater enterprise agility, and cultures rooted in collaboration and co-creation. He brings more than 25 years of experience including serving as Chief Digital Officer at Havas Worldwide, and playing pivotal roles in steering digital consulting practices at several agencies. Since joining North Highland in 2014, Bombeck has led a variety of areas, including digital and experience design, data and analytics, agile transformation, and the firm’s revenue and growth strategy. He has served on North Highland’s board since 2018, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s board of directors since 2022.</p>
