INBOUND LOGISTICS: Andrew Billings on Incentivizing Career Progression Opportunities

Manufacturing industry analysts are forecasting ongoing challenges in recruiting and retaining a stable workforce necessary for domestic supply chains. Andrew Billings, Vice President and Supply Chain Lead, believes a portion of this issue can be solved with performance-based incentives from warehouse managers and manufacturing leaders. 

“Workers are increasingly seeking employment with companies that create a desirable work culture, executed at the local level and enabled by centralized investments,” said Andrew.
