RAIL TECHNOLOGY MAGAZINE: Sue Saikia on the Future of Railway Skills and Technology

The UK rail industry is eagerly seeking change and transformation starting with technology and skills gaps caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic. In a debate led by Rail Technology Magazine, a group of panelists share their insights on this topic and brainstorm tactful solutions. 

During the discussion, Sue Saikia, Vice President, details how filling skills gaps, such as data analytics and digital development, in the railway industry should be a collaborative effort.  

“This is an opportunity for us all to come together, public and private sector, to think about those gaps, how we fill them, and how we can come together to do that,” said Sue.
