March 4, 2021 (Atlanta) - Leading change and transformation consultancy North Highland is excited to announce that Dr. Kiely Flanigan is joining the firm as associate vice president. Based in Charlotte, Flanigan will serve in the firm’s strategy practice, leading strategic growth within workforce transformation.
“Kiely is passionate about talent and organizational development, bringing over 20 years of experience in people-centered transformation to North Highland,” said Rob Sherrell, vice president and transformation lead at North Highland. “She serves as a positive leader and trusted advisor to clients, inspiring a growth mindset among organizations’ most valuable assets – their people.”
Prior to joining North Highland, Flanigan served as director, global medical affairs for Syneos Health Consulting. Her work involved partnering with clients and consulting teams to design and bring to life integrated talent strategies linking organization design, recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, team coaching, leadership development, and performance management. She also held positions as senior director, talent development and director, consulting staff development in her seven years with the firm. Previously, Flanigan served in various consulting roles for Accenture and Campbell Alliance.
Flanigan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She also earned a Master of Business Administration from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a doctorate degree in Communication Studies. Additionally, Flanigan completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at The University of Oxford Saïd School of Business.
