North Highland Recognized by ALM Consulting Magazine for Two “Leaders in Technology” Awards

ATLANTA – April 9, 2024 – North Highland, the leading change and transformation consultancy, received recognition in two categories of ALM Consulting Magazine’s 2024 Leaders in Technology awards. These awards honor firms and individuals who not only set the standard but advance frontiers in the application of technology toward business success. North Highland’s recognitions include:

• Vice President David Johnson – honored as “AI Innovator”
• North Highland’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform, NH360 – honored for “Excellence in Technology Application”

Johnson was honored for his leadership as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Innovator. With more than 25 years of customer strategy and digital innovation expertise, Johnson invented a text analytics platform and AI language model training platform that was acquired by North Highland in 2022. Now, Johnson serves as a thought-leader and navigator, driving the firm’s goal to embed AI into its Ways of Working (WoW).

Additionally, North Highland’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform, NH360, was honored for its Excellence in Technology Application.
