Miller’s appointment represents firm’s focus on driving growth by elevating cross-industry capabilities to better serve clients
ATLANTA – July 11, 2024 – North Highland, the leading change and transformation consultancy, has announced today the addition of Chris Miller as managing director (MD). Miller will focus on elevating the firm’s industry-facing capabilities to drive significant growth and scale.

Based in the firm’s Atlanta office, Miller brings more than 20 years of experience serving clients across four continents and more than 20 countries. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer and head of enterprise transformation of North America at Capgemini Invent, where he previously held key global and regional leadership roles including head of strategy, chief sales officer, head of industries, and head of capabilities. In these roles, he was responsible for leading large practices to deliver challenging client transformation programs and integrating key acquisitions, innovations, and digital initiatives.

Miller graduated with honors from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with a master’s degree in Strategic Decision Analysis, where he now serves as a member of the degreed Executive MBA faculty teaching structured problem solving and decision making. Miller also received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Physics with honors from Radford University. He is an avid guitar player, sailing captain, and supporter of the fine arts.
