January 9, 2020 (ATLANTA) – North Highland, a leading change and transformation consultancy, is pleased to announce two new executive hires in Atlanta. Brian Sodl has joined as vice president and Patti Siegel has joined as associate vice president.

Sodl brings over 18 years of consulting experience to the firm, most recently serving as vice president at Navigator Management Partners, LLC, where he opened the firm’s Atlanta office. He previously served in management roles at Deloitte Consulting LLP and BearingPoint, Inc., as well as a senior consultant role with KPMG Consulting, Inc. Sodl has extensive experience across a variety of industries on a domestic and global scale, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and hospitality. Sodl is a graduate of Penn State University where he holds a Bachelor of science in accounting.
Siegel is a strategic leader with over 30 years of experience driving innovation and collaboration across travel, hospitality, financial services, consumer packaged goods and quick service restaurant sectors. She most recently served as senior vice president of client leadership at Moxie, where she drove profitability and organic growth of the agency’s largest account portfolio. Previously, she served as managing director, marketing strategy & planning at the American Cancer Society, as well as vice president at Venadar, a consulting firm focused on creating external partnerships for Fortune 500 companies with entrepreneurs.. Siegel is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Journalism & Communications.
