ATLANTA – Jan. 11, 2024 – North Highland, the leading change and transformation consultancy, won gold in the “Future of Work: Best Advancement in AI for Business Impact” category of the 2023 Brandon Hall Group of Excellence Awards.
This award recognizes the firm’s ability to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) with the industry’s demands of balancing humanization and technological advancements. North Highland submitted its AI-based solution, Transformation Intelligence, which is used to support the firm’s human-centric approach in delivering organizational change management.
